2. Service Description

WriteMyReview.com is a SaaS platform that helps local businesses collect structured, authentic Google reviews through guided customer flows. We provide review generation tools, analytics, QR code generation, and reputation management features.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
• One business per account unless on a multi-location plan.

4. Ethical Use Policy

WriteMyReview is a review assistant, not a fake review generator. All reviews are:

• Initiated by real customers who visited the business
• Based on actual customer selections and ratings
• Generated as structured templates that customers can edit before posting

Prohibited: Using our platform to generate fake reviews, spam Google Reviews, or mislead consumers is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

5. Subscription & Billing

• Free plan is available with limited features at no cost.
• Paid plans (Pro, Growth) are billed monthly or yearly via Razorpay.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of WriteMyReview.com are owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content.

7. Limitation of Liability

WriteMyReview.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, especially for misuse of the review generation system.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Rohtak, Haryana, India.
