Terms and Conditions

Preamble

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 between Just Adbhut ("Company", "we", "our", "us") and you — the individual, business, or legal entity ("User", "Client", "Business User", "you") — who accesses, registers on, or uses the WriteMyReview platform ("Platform", "Service", "SaaS Product") developed by Just Adbhut.

These Terms govern all aspects of your relationship with WriteMyReview, including access, registration, subscription, use of features, data handling, billing, and termination. They are to be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference and forms part of this Agreement.

Click-wrap acceptance of these Terms (by clicking "I Agree", signing up, or continuing to use the Platform) constitutes your electronic signature and is fully enforceable under Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000.

1. Company Information

For any legal notices, contract-related communications, or formal complaints, please send written correspondence to the registered address above or via email with subject line: "Legal Notice – WriteMyReview".

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1 Agreement to Be Bound

By taking any of the following actions, you unconditionally agree to be legally bound by these Terms:

• Visiting or browsing www.writemyreview.com
• Creating an account or completing the registration process
• Clicking "Sign Up", "Get Started", "I Agree", or any equivalent button
• Subscribing to any paid or free plan
• Using any feature, API, or functionality of the Platform

2.2 Authority to Contract

If you are registering or using the Platform on behalf of a company, organization, or business entity, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms
• The entity is duly incorporated and in good legal standing
• You are at least 18 years of age

2.3 Disagreement

If you do not agree to these Terms, in whole or in part, you must:

• Immediately cease using the Platform
• Not register or create an account
• Contact us at support@writemyreview.com to request account deletion if you have already registered

3. Description of Service

WriteMyReview is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform developed and operated by Just Adbhut that enables businesses to streamline and automate their customer review collection and management processes.

3.1 Core Features

The Platform currently offers the following features (subject to the plan subscribed):

• QR Code & Link Generation — Create customized QR codes and short URLs that direct customers to review submission forms
• Structured Review Collection — Collect star ratings, category-specific feedback (food, service, ambiance, staff, etc.), and written review content
• AI-Assisted Review Drafting — Auto-generate structured, positive review text based on customer ratings to simplify the review submission process
• Review Filtering & Routing — Intelligently route satisfied customers (high ratings) to public review platforms (Google, Zomato, etc.) while capturing negative feedback privately
• WhatsApp Automation — Automate review request messages via WhatsApp Cloud API with customizable templates
• Business Dashboard & Analytics — Monitor review performance, customer sentiment trends, and conversion rates through a centralized dashboard
• Multi-Location Support — Manage review collection across multiple business locations or branches (plan-dependent)
• Feedback Management — Receive and respond to negative or private feedback directly through the dashboard

3.2 Service Scope Limitations

The following are explicitly excluded from the Platform's scope unless separately agreed in writing:

• Guarantee of Google, Zomato, or any third-party platform posting or publishing reviews
• Legal advice or compliance consulting
• Management of third-party review platform accounts
• Custom software development beyond the standard platform features

3.3 Platform Evolution

We reserve the right to introduce, modify, suspend, or discontinue any features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes in advance.

4. Eligibility

4.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4.2 Legal Capacity

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law. Individuals under legal guardianship, those declared legally incompetent, or entities operating in violation of applicable law are not eligible.

4.3 Lawful Purpose

You must use the Platform solely for legitimate, lawful business purposes. The Platform may not be used for any illegal, fraudulent, misleading, or harmful activities.

4.4 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and throughout your use of the Platform. Providing false, misleading, or impersonated information is grounds for immediate termination.

4.5 Geographic Restrictions

The Platform is primarily designed for businesses operating in India. Users outside India may access the Platform, but are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with their local laws. We make no representation that the Platform is suitable or compliant with laws in any jurisdiction outside India.

5. Account Registration and Security

5.1 Account Creation

To access core platform features, you must register for an account by providing:

• Your full name and business name
• A valid email address
• A valid mobile number
• Business category and location(s)
• Billing and payment information (for paid plans)

5.2 Account Credentials

You are solely and fully responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username, password, API keys)
• All activities, actions, and transactions that occur under your account — whether authorized by you or not
• Ensuring that any team members or sub-users you add to your account comply with these Terms

5.3 Prohibited Credential Practices

You must not:

• Share your login credentials with any unauthorized third party
• Use another user's account without their explicit permission
• Allow multiple individuals to use a single account simultaneously unless explicitly permitted under your plan

5.4 Security Breach Notification

If you suspect or become aware of any unauthorized access to your account, you must:

1. Immediately change your password
2. Notify us at support@writemyreview.com within 24 hours
3. Cooperate with our security investigation if requested

Just Adbhut shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

5.5 Account Accuracy

You agree to keep your account information current and accurate. You must update your contact details, billing information, and business information promptly if they change.

6. Subscription Plans and Pricing

6.1 Available Plans

Specific features included in each plan, usage limits, and pricing are detailed on the Pricing page at www.writemyreview.com/pricing and may be updated from time to time.

6.2 Billing and Payment

• Advance Billing — All subscription fees are billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle
• Accepted Payment Methods — Credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other methods supported by our payment gateway (Razorpay or equivalent)
• Currency — All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified
• Taxes — All prices are exclusive of applicable GST (Goods and Services Tax) unless explicitly stated. GST will be added at the prevailing rate at the time of billing
• Payment Failure — If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge. If payment remains unsuccessful after reasonable attempts, your account may be downgraded or suspended

6.3 Auto-Renewal

• All subscription plans auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date
• You will receive a reminder email before renewal where technically feasible
• By subscribing, you authorize Just Adbhut to charge your payment method on each renewal date
• To cancel auto-renewal, you must do so through your account dashboard or by emailing support@writemyreview.com at least 48 hours before the next billing date

6.4 Price Changes

• We reserve the right to modify subscription prices at any time
• We will provide at least 15 days' advance notice of price changes via email or in-platform notification
• Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of the price change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing
• If you do not accept the new pricing, you must cancel your subscription before the next renewal date

6.5 Refund Policy

All payments made to WriteMyReview are strictly non-refundable, subject to the following terms:

• No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing period
• No refunds for cancellations made mid-cycle
• No refunds for downgrading plans during an active subscription period
• Exceptions — A refund or service credit may be considered solely at our discretion in cases of:
  • Verified and documented platform-side technical failure that rendered the service completely unusable for a sustained period
  • Duplicate payment or billing error caused by our system
• To request an exception, submit a written request to support@writemyreview.com within 7 days of the billing date, with supporting evidence

7. Acceptable Use Policy

This section defines the rules governing your use of WriteMyReview. Compliance with this policy is a condition of access to the Platform.

7.1 Permitted Uses

You may use the Platform to:

• Collect genuine customer reviews and feedback from real customers of your business
• Automate review request workflows via QR, links, and messaging channels
• Monitor and manage your business's online reputation
• Access analytics and insights relating to your customer feedback

7.2 Prohibited Uses

You expressly agree NOT to use WriteMyReview to:

Review Integrity Violations

• Post, solicit, or facilitate fake, fabricated, incentivized, or fraudulent reviews on any platform
• Manipulate, distort, or misrepresent customer feedback data
• Generate reviews from individuals who have not genuinely interacted with your business
• Use the platform to target competitor businesses with negative reviews

Messaging & Communication Violations

• Send unsolicited, bulk, or spam messages via WhatsApp, SMS, or any other channel
• Contact customers via WhatsApp or SMS without obtaining their prior, explicit, and valid opt-in consent
• Use automated messaging to harass, threaten, deceive, or mislead customers
• Violate Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy, including sending prohibited content categories

Technical & Security Violations

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or extract the source code of the Platform
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform without authorization
• Introduce malware, viruses, or any malicious code into the Platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or other users' accounts
• Circumvent any security, access control, or usage limit mechanisms

Legal & Ethical Violations

• Use the Platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of any person or entity
• Collect or process personal data in violation of applicable data protection laws
• Impersonate any person, business, or entity

7.3 Consequences of Violation

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in, at our sole discretion:

• Immediate suspension of your account without prior notice
• Permanent termination of your account and all associated data
• Forfeiture of subscription fees paid — no refund will be issued
• Legal action including seeking injunctive relief or damages
• Reporting to relevant authorities, including Meta (for WhatsApp API abuse) or law enforcement

8. WhatsApp and Third-Party Integrations

8.1 Supported Integrations

WriteMyReview integrates with the following third-party platforms and services to deliver its features:

• WhatsApp Cloud API — provided by Meta Platforms, Inc., for messaging automation
• Payment Gateways — such as Razorpay or Stripe for billing and subscription management
• Review Platforms — Google My Business, Zomato, and similar platforms for review redirection
• Analytics Platforms — for usage tracking and performance monitoring
• Automation Tools — third-party workflow and automation services

8.2 WhatsApp-Specific Terms

Use of WhatsApp-based features within WriteMyReview is governed by additional conditions:

• You must comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Terms of Service and WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy at all times
• All WhatsApp message templates used through our platform must be pre-approved by Meta before deployment
• You acknowledge that Meta may update its policies (including messaging limits and permitted use cases) and that such changes may affect your ability to use WhatsApp features — Just Adbhut is not responsible for such changes
• Message delivery is not guaranteed — factors outside our control (recipient settings, Meta's infrastructure, network issues) may affect delivery
• You must maintain valid opt-in records for all WhatsApp recipients
• Meta may suspend or deactivate your WhatsApp Business Account for policy violations — Just Adbhut has no control over or liability for such decisions

8.3 No Control Over Third Parties

We do not control the availability, performance, policies, or practices of any third-party platform. We are not responsible for:

• Downtime, changes, or discontinuation of third-party services
• Changes in third-party APIs that affect WriteMyReview features
• Data handling practices of third-party providers

You are responsible for independently reviewing and complying with the terms and policies of all third-party services you use in connection with WriteMyReview.

9. Customer Consent and Data Responsibility

9.1 Business User as Data Controller

When using WriteMyReview to collect reviews or send messages to your customers, you act as the Data Controller for your customers' personal data. Just Adbhut acts as a Data Processor on your behalf.

9.2 Consent Obligations

You, as a business user, are solely and exclusively responsible for:

• Obtaining valid, informed, freely given, and specific prior consent from each customer before sending them any message via WhatsApp, SMS, or email through our platform
• Maintaining clear, documented records of each customer's opt-in consent, including date, channel, and method of consent
• Providing customers with a clear and easy mechanism to opt out of future communications
• Ensuring consent is collected in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA), TRAI regulations, WhatsApp's opt-in requirements, and any other applicable law

9.3 Prohibited Data Practices

You must not:

• Upload or import contact lists obtained from unauthorized sources, data brokers, or purchased databases
• Contact individuals who have previously opted out or withdrawn consent
• Use customer data for purposes beyond what customers were informed of at the time of consent collection

9.4 Indemnification for Consent Violations

Just Adbhut is not responsible for any misuse of customer data by business users. You agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless Just Adbhut from any legal claims, penalties, fines, or damages arising from your failure to obtain valid customer consent or your misuse of customer data.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

10.1 Ownership by Just Adbhut

All intellectual property rights in and to WriteMyReview — including but not limited to the Platform's software, source code, algorithms, design, architecture, UI/UX, branding, logos, trademarks, trade names, documentation, and all content created by us — are and shall remain the exclusive property of Just Adbhut.

These rights are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, Trade Marks Act, 1999, and other applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.

10.2 License Grant to Users

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, limited license to access and use WriteMyReview solely for your internal business purposes during the active subscription period.

10.3 Restrictions

You must not, without our prior written consent:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works based on the Platform
• Sell, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Platform
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying source code
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, watermarks, or branding from the Platform
• Use WriteMyReview branding or trademarks without our written authorization
• Frame or mirror the Platform on any other website

10.4 Feedback License

If you provide us with suggestions, ideas, enhancement requests, or feedback about the Platform, you grant Just Adbhut a perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use and incorporate such feedback into the Platform without obligation or compensation to you.

11. User Data and Content

11.1 Your Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of:

• Your business data (business name, location, contact details)
• Customer data you upload or collect through the Platform
• Feedback and review content collected via your account

11.2 License to Process Your Data

By using WriteMyReview, you grant Just Adbhut a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Access, process, and store your data solely to provide and maintain the Platform and its features
• Generate aggregated, anonymized analytics for platform improvement purposes
• Back up and restore data in accordance with our security and redundancy practices

We will not use your identifiable business data or customer data for any purpose beyond delivering the contracted services without your explicit consent.

11.3 Post-Termination Data

Upon termination or expiry of your subscription:

• You may request a data export within 30 days of account closure
• After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted from active systems
• Anonymized or aggregated data may be retained for analytics purposes
• Backups may persist for up to 90 days before deletion

12. Service Availability and SLA

12.1 Uptime Commitment

We strive to maintain a high level of platform availability. Our target uptime is 99% per calendar month, excluding scheduled maintenance windows.

12.2 Scheduled Maintenance

• Planned maintenance may be performed periodically to update, improve, or secure the platform
• We will endeavour to provide at least 24 hours' advance notice via email or in-platform notification
• Scheduled maintenance will preferably be conducted during off-peak hours

12.3 Unplanned Downtime

We are not liable for service interruptions caused by:

• Third-party infrastructure failures (hosting providers, cloud services)
• Internet service provider outages
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, government actions, pandemics)
• WhatsApp API or Meta platform outages
• DDoS attacks or security incidents beyond reasonable control

12.4 No Guarantee of Availability

While we aim for high availability, we do not provide a legally guaranteed uptime SLA for standard subscription plans. Enterprise users may negotiate custom SLAs. We do not offer automatic service credits for downtime on standard plans unless separately agreed in writing.

13. Account Suspension and Termination

13.1 Termination by You

You may cancel your subscription at any time by accessing the cancellation option in your account dashboard, or sending a written cancellation request to support@writemyreview.com.

Upon cancellation:

• Your access to the Platform continues until the end of the current billing cycle
• No refund will be issued for the remaining period of the current billing cycle
• Your account data will be retained for 30 days after access ends, after which it may be deleted

13.2 Suspension or Termination by Just Adbhut

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of Terms — Violation of any provision of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or Acceptable Use Policy
• Payment Default — Failure to make timely payment after reasonable retry attempts
• Fraudulent Activity — Detected or suspected fraud, identity misrepresentation, or abuse of the Platform
• Harmful Conduct — Activities that harm the Platform, other users, or third parties
• Legal Obligation — Compliance with a court order, government directive, or law enforcement request
• Extended Inactivity — Accounts unused for more than 12 consecutive months on a free plan

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination by Just Adbhut for cause:

• All licenses granted to you immediately cease
• Your access to the Platform is revoked immediately
• No refund of fees paid will be issued
• We reserve the right to retain data as required for legal and compliance purposes
• Any outstanding amounts owed to us remain payable

13.4 Reinstatement

Reinstatement of a suspended account is at our sole discretion and may require resolution of the underlying violation, payment of overdue amounts, and execution of a formal acknowledgment of compliance.

14. Limitation of Liability

14.1 No Consequential Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Just Adbhut, its directors, officers, employees, partners, and agents shall not be liable for any:

• Loss of business, revenue, profits, or anticipated savings
• Loss of data or corruption of data
• Loss of goodwill or business reputation
• Removal, delisting, or policy changes by Google, Zomato, or any review platform
• WhatsApp API suspension, restriction, or deactivation by Meta
• Third-party service failures or outages
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages

...even if Just Adbhut has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

14.2 Cap on Liability

In the event Just Adbhut is found liable under any circumstances, our maximum aggregate liability to you shall not exceed:

• For monthly subscribers: An amount equal to the fees paid in the last 1 (one) calendar month preceding the event giving rise to the claim
• For annual subscribers: An amount equal to 1 (one) month's pro-rated subscription fee based on your annual plan value

14.3 Essential Basis of Bargain

You acknowledge that the limitations of liability set out in this section reflect a reasonable allocation of risk between the parties and form an essential basis of the agreement between you and Just Adbhut. The Platform would not be offered at its current price without these limitations.

14.4 Exceptions

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for:

• Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
• Any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Just Adbhut and its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your violation of any provision of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right (including privacy rights, intellectual property rights, or consumer protection laws)
• Your misuse of customer data or failure to obtain valid customer consent
• Unauthorized or unlawful messaging activities conducted through your account
• Content uploaded, submitted, or transmitted by you through the Platform
• Your use of third-party integrations, including WhatsApp, in violation of their policies
• Any claim by a third party arising from your use of WriteMyReview

Just Adbhut reserves the right to assume exclusive control of any matter subject to indemnification at your expense, and you agree to cooperate with our defense of such claims.

16. Confidentiality

16.1 Mutual Obligation

Both parties acknowledge that in the course of this agreement, each may have access to confidential information of the other party. "Confidential Information" means any non-public information disclosed by one party to the other, either directly or indirectly, that is designated as confidential or that reasonably should be understood to be confidential.

16.2 Obligations

Each party agrees to:

• Hold the other party's Confidential Information in strict confidence
• Use Confidential Information solely for the purposes of performing obligations under this Agreement
• Not disclose Confidential Information to any third party without prior written consent
• Apply at least the same degree of care to protect Confidential Information as it applies to its own confidential information, but no less than reasonable care

16.3 Exclusions

Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that:

• Is or becomes publicly available through no fault of the receiving party
• Was rightfully known by the receiving party before disclosure
• Is independently developed by the receiving party without reference to the disclosing party's Confidential Information
• Must be disclosed by law, regulation, or court order (with prompt notice to the disclosing party)

16.4 Duration

Confidentiality obligations shall survive termination of this Agreement for a period of 1 (one) year from the date of termination.

17. Data Protection and Compliance

17.1 Our Obligations

Just Adbhut commits to:

• Processing personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• Implementing and maintaining reasonable technical and organizational security measures
• Complying with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA) and the Information Technology Act, 2000
• Promptly notifying you of any confirmed data breach affecting your account data, where required by law

17.2 Your Obligations

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring that your collection, storage, and use of customer data via WriteMyReview is lawful in your jurisdiction
• Obtaining all necessary consents and permissions from your customers
• Complying with applicable data protection laws, including India's DPDPA, TRAI guidelines, and relevant international laws
• Providing your customers with appropriate privacy notices disclosing your use of WriteMyReview

17.3 Data Processing Agreement

For business users processing significant volumes of personal data through our Platform, a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) may be requested by contacting support@writemyreview.com. The DPA governs the processing of personal data and supplements these Terms.

18. Third-Party Links and Services

The Platform may contain links to, or integrate with, third-party websites, platforms, and services. These are provided for your convenience and do not constitute an endorsement.

• We have no control over the content, privacy practices, security, or availability of third-party websites or services
• We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your use of third-party services
• You access and use third-party services at your own risk
• You must independently review and comply with the terms and privacy policies of any third-party services you connect with through WriteMyReview

19. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content
• Warranties that defects will be corrected
• Warranties that using the Platform will result in positive review outcomes or business growth

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, Just Adbhut expressly disclaims all warranties, express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

20. Updates to These Terms

20.1 Right to Modify

We reserve the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms at any time for reasons including changes in our platform features or services, legal or regulatory compliance requirements, changes in third-party integrations or policies, or business restructuring.

20.2 Notification of Changes

• The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised upon any modification
• For material changes, we will provide at least 15 days' advance notice via email or an in-platform banner
• For minor or non-material changes (grammar corrections, clarifications), no advance notice may be given

20.3 Acceptance of Updated Terms

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any update constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and cancel your subscription before the effective date.

21. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

The courts located in Rohtak, Haryana, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, and both parties hereby irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

22. Dispute Resolution

22.1 Informal Resolution (Step 1)

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Either party may initiate this process by sending a written notice describing the dispute to the other party's contact address. The parties shall have 30 days from receipt of the notice to resolve the dispute informally.

22.2 Arbitration (Step 2)

If the dispute is not resolved through informal negotiation within 30 days, the parties agree to resolve the matter through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India. The arbitration shall:

• Be conducted by a sole arbitrator mutually agreed upon by both parties, or appointed under the Act
• Take place in Rohtak, Haryana, or virtually as mutually agreed
• Be conducted in the English language
• Result in a binding award enforceable under Indian law

22.3 Legal Action (Step 3)

If arbitration fails or is inapplicable to the nature of the dispute, either party may pursue legal remedies before the competent courts of Rohtak, Haryana, India.

22.4 Injunctive Relief Exception

Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a competent court to prevent irreparable harm, particularly in cases involving intellectual property violations or platform security breaches.

23. Force Majeure

Just Adbhut shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Terms caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, or pandemics
• Government actions, laws, regulations, or orders
• Internet infrastructure failures or cyber-attacks
• Third-party service outages (including Meta/WhatsApp, cloud providers)
• Labor strikes or civil unrest

In such events, our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event. We will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable and resume services as soon as the event resolves.

24. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it shall be severed from the Agreement. The remaining provisions of the Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

25. Waiver

No failure or delay by Just Adbhut in exercising any right, power, or privilege under these Terms shall operate as a waiver of that right. No single or partial exercise of any right shall preclude any other or further exercise of that right or the exercise of any other right under these Terms.

26. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other agreements, policies, or notices incorporated by reference herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Just Adbhut with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersede all prior negotiations, representations, warranties, understandings, or agreements, whether oral or written.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other agreement between the parties, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
