Just Adbhut ("Company", "we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information with transparency, care, and respect. This Privacy Policy explains in detail how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your information when you access or use WriteMyReview (the "Platform", "Service", "Website") — a review generation and customer feedback automation platform.

• Business Users — registered businesses such as restaurants, salons, clinics, retail stores, hotels, and service providers who use our platform to manage and collect customer reviews
• End Customers — individuals who interact with the platform via QR codes, short links, or review submission forms shared by business users
• WhatsApp & Messaging Users — individuals who interact with WriteMyReview's automated messaging features through WhatsApp or SMS
• API Users — developers or partners who access WriteMyReview via API integrations

This policy does not apply to third-party websites, apps, or services that may be linked from our Platform. Those services have their own independent privacy policies.

3. Information We Collect

We collect information in three primary ways: information you provide directly, information collected automatically, and information received from third parties.

3.1 Personal Information You Provide

When you register, subscribe, or use our services, we may collect the following categories of personal information:

For Business Users:

• Full name and designation
• Business name, type, and description
• Email address and Phone number
• Billing address and GST/Tax information
• Payment and subscription details
• Profile photos or business logos (if uploaded)
• Business location and operating hours

For End Customers (via review forms):

• Phone number (if provided for follow-up)
• Email address (if provided)
• Feedback responses, ratings, and written review text
• WhatsApp interaction history

For General Users/Visitors:

• Name and email address (if you fill a contact form)
• Communication content (support tickets, emails)

3.2 Customer Review & Feedback Data

When end customers interact with a WriteMyReview review link or QR code, the following data is collected:

• Star ratings (1–5 scale)
• Category selections (e.g., food quality, service, cleanliness, ambiance, staff behavior)
• Review text — auto-generated drafts that customers may edit before submission
• Sentiment indicators — positive, neutral, or negative
• Interaction timestamps — date and time of feedback submission
• Submission channel — whether via QR code, direct link, WhatsApp, or SMS
• Redirect behavior — whether a customer proceeded to post a review on Google, Zomato, or another platform

3.3 Automatically Collected Technical Information

When you access our Platform, our servers and analytics tools automatically record:

• IP address and approximate geographical location (city/region level)
• Device information — device type, operating system, model
• Browser information — browser type, version, language settings
• Usage data — pages visited, buttons clicked, features used, time spent
• Referral URLs — the website or source from which you arrived

⚠️ Note: Full payment card data is never stored on our servers. All payment transactions are processed through PCI-DSS-compliant third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay, Stripe, or similar providers.

3.6 Information from Third-Party Integrations

If you connect WriteMyReview with external platforms (e.g., WhatsApp Business API, Google My Business, Payment Gateway), we may receive:

• Account identifiers and access tokens
• Business profile data

4. How We Use Your Information

We process your personal data only for legitimate, clearly defined purposes. The legal basis for processing includes consent, contractual necessity, legal obligation, and legitimate interest.

4.1 Core Service Delivery

• Creating and managing your WriteMyReview account
• Generating customized review links and QR codes
• Auto-generating review text based on customer ratings
• Redirecting satisfied customers to Google, Zomato, or other review platforms
• Managing negative feedback internally (feedback filtering)

4.2 WhatsApp & Messaging Automation

• Sending automated review request messages via WhatsApp
• Delivering follow-up messages for pending reviews
• Sending transaction notifications, receipts, and subscription alerts
• Providing customer support via messaging channels

4.3 Analytics & Product Improvement

• Analyzing review trends, customer sentiment, and feedback quality
• Providing business users with performance dashboards and insights
• Improving AI-generated review suggestions and auto-fill accuracy
• Optimizing review conversion rates and funnel performance
• A/B testing platform features and UI/UX elements

4.4 Communication & Marketing

• Sending onboarding emails and product tutorials
• Notifying users of platform updates, new features, and changes to policies
• Sending promotional offers, discounts, and plan upgrade recommendations (with your consent)
• Responding to support requests and inquiries

4.5 Security & Fraud Prevention

• Verifying user identity and preventing unauthorized access

5. WhatsApp & Third-Party Messaging Integrations

WriteMyReview integrates with messaging platforms to enable automated review collection workflows. We currently integrate with:

• WhatsApp Cloud API (provided by Meta Platforms, Inc.)
• SMS gateway providers
• Third-party automation platforms (e.g., n8n, Twilio, or similar)

Data Processing via WhatsApp

When you or your customers use WhatsApp-based features of WriteMyReview:

• Messages, phone numbers, and interaction data may be transmitted to and processed by Meta's infrastructure, which may be located in the United States or European Union
• WhatsApp message content is subject to Meta's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service
• Just Adbhut acts as a data processor on behalf of business users for WhatsApp-based communications
• Message delivery reports and read receipts may be stored by us for analytics and audit purposes

Business User Responsibility

Business users who use WhatsApp messaging features through WriteMyReview explicitly confirm that:

1. They have obtained valid, prior, and informed consent from each customer before sending WhatsApp messages
2. They comply with the WhatsApp Business Policy and applicable messaging regulations
3. They will not use the platform to send unsolicited spam, misleading content, or illegal communications

We are not responsible for any misuse of messaging features by business users. Customers who wish to opt out of WhatsApp messages should contact the business directly or use the opt-out link provided in messages.

6. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for their marketing or commercial purposes. We share data only in the following circumstances:

We engage trusted third-party service providers who process data strictly on our behalf and under confidentiality agreements:

We may disclose your information to government authorities, law enforcement agencies, or courts when:

6.3 During Business Transfers

10. Business User Obligations and End-Customer Data

WriteMyReview operates as a technology platform and acts in the capacity of a data processor with respect to the end-customer data collected by business users through our tools.

Business User Responsibilities

Business users who use our platform to collect and manage customer reviews represent and warrant that:

1. They are the Data Controller for their end customers' personal data
2. They have obtained valid, informed, and prior consent from customers before using WriteMyReview to contact them via WhatsApp, SMS, or email
3. They comply with all applicable data protection laws in their jurisdiction, including India's DPDPA, GDPR, or other regional laws
4. They will not use customer data for purposes beyond those for which consent was obtained
5. They will maintain their own privacy notice informing customers about the use of WriteMyReview

Our Role

Just Adbhut:

• Processes end-customer data only as directed by the business user
• Does not independently use end-customer data for our own commercial purposes without consent
• Will assist business users in fulfilling data subject requests relating to end-customer data where technically feasible

Business users indemnify Just Adbhut from any liability arising from their non-compliance with data protection obligations toward end customers.

11. Cross-Border Data Transfers

Our servers are primarily located in India. However, certain third-party service providers (e.g., Meta for WhatsApp, cloud hosting providers) may process your data in the United States, European Union, or other countries.

When transferring data outside India, we ensure that:

• The recipient country provides an adequate level of data protection, or
• Appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), Data Processing Agreements (DPAs), or other approved transfer mechanisms

By using our services, you consent to cross-border transfer of your data to countries that may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.

12. Children's Privacy

WriteMyReview is intended solely for use by individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Our services are designed for businesses and adult customers.

• We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18
• If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, we will take immediate steps to delete such data

13. Third-Party Links and Integrations

Our Platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, review platforms (e.g., Google, Zomato, Swiggy), and services. These links are provided for your convenience only.

• We have no control over the content, privacy practices, or policies of third-party websites
• Clicking a third-party link will direct you away from WriteMyReview and subject you to their terms
• We strongly recommend that you review the privacy policy of every third-party site you visit

Our inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement or any affiliation with that third party.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Just Adbhut shall not be liable for any data breach, loss, or unauthorized access caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including cyberattacks, force majeure events, or third-party platform failures
• We are not responsible for how third-party services (WhatsApp, Google, Zomato, etc.) handle data once it leaves our platform
• We are not liable for any business user's misuse of WriteMyReview tools or failure to comply with applicable laws in their use of our platform
• Our total liability in connection with privacy matters shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim

15. Grievance Redressal (India — DPDPA & IT Act)

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we have appointed a Grievance Officer to address privacy concerns:
