WriteMyReview.com is a 100% digital SaaS product. There are no physical goods involved in any of our offerings. All services are delivered online through our web platform.

2. Service Activation

• Free Plan: Activated immediately upon account registration.
• Paid Plans (Pro & Growth): Activated immediately upon successful payment confirmation from Razorpay.
• Plan Upgrades: Take effect immediately after payment processing.
• Plan Downgrades: Take effect at the end of the current billing period.

3. Delivery of Features

Upon subscription, you will have immediate access to:

• Your business review page with unique URL and QR code
• Dashboard with analytics and review management
• All plan-specific features (Reputation Shield, AI Refinement, etc.)
• Downloadable QR codes in PNG and PDF formats

4. Service Availability

Our platform is available 24/7 with a target uptime of 99.9%. In case of scheduled maintenance, we will notify users in advance via email.

5. No Physical Shipping

As a digital-only service, no physical shipping or delivery is involved. All invoices and receipts are delivered electronically to your registered email address.
