6. Delivery Confirmation

- Payment Confirmation Email — Sent within 15–30 minutes of a successful transaction, including: Transaction ID, Amount paid, Plan subscribed, and Billing cycle dates

- Activation Confirmation Email — Confirms that your account is active and all purchased features are enabled
- Onboarding Email — Contains step-by-step instructions to get started with WriteMyReview
These emails collectively serve as your "delivery confirmation" for the digital service. Please retain them for your records.
7. Delivery Failure and Access Issues
7.1 Did Not Receive Activation Email?
If you do not receive the activation or confirmation email within 30 minutes of payment:
- Check your Spam / Junk Mail folder
- Ensure the email address you registered with is correct and active
- Add support@writemyreview.com to your contacts/safe sender list
- Try logging in directly at www.writemyreview.com — your account may already be active
- If the issue persists, contact us at support@writemyreview.com with your registered email address, name, phone number, and a screenshot of the payment confirmation (if available)
7.2 Cannot Access Dashboard After Payment
If your payment is confirmed but you cannot access the platform:

- Planned maintenance is typically performed during late-night or early-morning hours (12:00 AM – 5:00 AM IST) to minimize disruption

- All pricing and billing is in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified
- International users are solely responsible for compliance with their local laws and tax obligations
- Currency conversion fees (if any) are charged by your bank or card issuer — we are not responsible for such fees
- Some features (particularly WhatsApp automation) may have regional restrictions based on Meta's policies in your country
- We do not guarantee feature parity or compliance with non-Indian regulations for international users
