- Because the service is instantly accessible and digitally delivered, it does not fall under the same category as physical goods or products, and standard return-and-replace rules do not apply in the same manner
- WriteMyReview operates as a B2B SaaS tool primarily serving business users, which means consumer protection provisions applicable to individual retail consumers may have a different scope of application
Understanding this model is essential before raising a refund request. We encourage all users to thoroughly evaluate the Platform during the free trial period (where applicable) before committing to a paid subscription.
3. Free Trial Policy
3.1 Availability
Where a free trial is offered, it provides access to selected features of WriteMyReview for a limited period (as specified on the pricing page) at no charge.
3.2 Trial Terms
- No payment is required during the free trial period
- At the end of the trial period, your account will not be auto-charged unless you explicitly subscribe to a paid plan and provide payment details
- Features available during the trial may be limited compared to paid plans
- We reserve the right to modify, shorten, or discontinue the free trial offer at any time without prior notice
3.3 Upgrading from Trial
- If you choose to upgrade to a paid plan, your first billing cycle begins from the date of subscription confirmation
- Trial period usage is not credited toward any paid plan period
4. General Refund Policy
4.1 Standard Position — No Refund
All subscription fees paid to WriteMyReview are strictly non-refundable under normal circumstances. This applies to:
- Monthly subscription payments
- Annual subscription payments
- Any add-on or additional feature purchases
- Partial usage of a subscription period
- Early cancellation within an active billing cycle
- Downgrading from a higher to a lower plan mid-cycle
This policy reflects the nature of SaaS products where the digital service is instantly accessible and its value is delivered from the moment of account activation.
Example: If you subscribe to a Monthly Plan on March 1 and decide to cancel on March 10, your access continues until March 31, but no refund is issued for the remaining 21 days.
Example: If you subscribe to an Annual Plan and cancel after 3 months, no refund is issued for the remaining 9 months. Access continues until the annual cycle ends.

5. Eligible Exceptions — When Refunds May Be Considered
Notwithstanding the general no-refund position, Just Adbhut may, at its sole and reasonable discretion, consider a refund or service credit in the following exceptional circumstances.
5.1 Verified Platform-Side Technical Failure
A refund or pro-rated service credit may be considered if:
- WriteMyReview experiences a critical, verified, and documented technical failure that renders the core features of the platform completely inaccessible to you
- The outage or failure persists for a continuous period of more than 72 hours within a billing cycle
- The failure is confirmed to be on our end (not due to third-party services, your internet connection, or your device)
- You report the issue to us promptly during the outage period and maintain communication
Note: Partial slowdowns, individual feature bugs, or temporary disruptions that do not fully prevent platform usage do not qualify for a refund.
5.2 Duplicate or Erroneous Billing
A full refund will be issued if:
- You are charged more than once for the same billing cycle due to a system or payment gateway error
- An amount is charged incorrectly due to a pricing or system error on our end
- You are billed for a plan different from the one you selected
You must report such errors within 7 days of the transaction date by providing proof of the duplicate or erroneous charge.
5.3 Unauthorized Transactions
If you identify a genuinely unauthorized transaction on your payment method related to WriteMyReview:
- Report it immediately to support@writemyreview.com with transaction details
- We will investigate the claim within 7 business days
- If confirmed as unauthorized, a full refund will be processed
You may also contact your bank or payment gateway to initiate a chargeback investigation. However, frivolous chargebacks for legitimate transactions may result in account suspension.

If your account fails to be activated or accessible within 48 hours of a confirmed payment — and the issue is confirmed to be on our end — you are entitled to a full refund or re-activation, at your choice.

All WriteMyReview subscription plans auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled beforehand.

While not an entitlement, Just Adbhut may, at its sole discretion, offer goodwill service credits (not cash refunds) in the following situations:

- Extended maintenance windows that substantially disrupted your workflow
- Genuine hardship cases communicated in writing, subject to management review
Goodwill credits:
- Are applied to your WriteMyReview account for future billing cycles
- Are non-transferable and carry no cash value
- Expire upon account cancellation or termination
13. Limitation of Liability in Refund Matters
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law:
- Just Adbhut's maximum refund liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the last 1 (one) billing month preceding your refund claim
- We are not liable for any consequential, indirect, or punitive damages related to billing disputes
- We are not responsible for business losses incurred due to delayed refund processing by banks or payment gateways
