1. Free Plan
The Free plan is available at no cost. No payment is required, and therefore no refund is applicable.
2. Paid Plans (Pro & Growth)
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly). You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard.
3. Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing section of your dashboard.
- Upon cancellation, your paid plan features will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
- After the billing period ends, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan.
- No charges will be applied after cancellation takes effect.
4. Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for any reason as we are already offering Free plan, Paid Plans with 7 or 14 days trial period.

6. Non-Refundable Cases
- Account terminated due to Terms of Service violation
- Unused features or review credits within the billing period
- Requests made after 7 days of payment (for monthly plans)
